Our tubular vials product range includes clear and amber vials in glass types I, II and III from 0.6 to 100 ml. We produce different designs, with or without blowback, according to industry standards or to individual specifications.Our moulded glass vial line starts with a 2ml size and is produced in glass types I, II and III. We offer amber and clear as well as colored and opal moulded glass vials. Besides our standard products we also develop custom glass packaging.

This tubular glass meets all current requirements of the applicable ISO standards and pharmacopeias (USP and Ph.Eur.). They are available as bulk none sterile or as ready to fill-version (sterile).Our ready to fill-injection vials are produced according to cGMP, washed in a cleanroom, packed in tray or nest and tub and sterilised, ready to fill.

This means for our customers no need to invest in machinery and manpower. Due to many years of experience in the area of prefillable primary packaging, we can minimise risks for our customers which could occur with sterile packaging.
